10 Fat Teabags

Lemon balm, wild lettuce, passion flower, St. John’s wort, chamomile, schizandra berries, poppy seeds, borage, catnip, orange peel.

Each teabag makes 16-32 ounces (please use a big mug or teapot!)

Before you brew, we invite you to peek inside your teabag! Carefully open the bag to see how beautiful the tea is. After brewing, look again. It’s just so pretty!

Brewing Instructions:

Place a teabag in the bottom of your tea vessel and slowly pour boiling water over the bag. The teabag will seal itself when wet.

Cover the mug or teapot and place a towel or tea cozy over it to keep hot while steeping.

Steep for 10 to 20 minutes. The herbs benefit from extra steeping, so feel free to leave in as long as you want.

Give the bag a little squeeze with the back of the spoon if you are removing it, or leave the bag in while you enjoy.
